Without faith, it is impossible to please God according to Hebrews 11:6. For many years I tossed a lot of my God-given "faith" out the window due to hurts/circumstance of days gone by. So glad that God never gives up on us! He is merciful..Mercy triumphs over judgment. (James 2:13) Thank you, Jesus, otherwise we would all be in trouble! His Holy Spirit just keeps on "nudging" us to walk a certain path. Or it may be just a small, still voice telling us to do something. Just get up and DO something! Being faithful in the small "things".
So, am now back to walking by faith and not by sight consistently. For our fight is not against flesh and blood but is spiritual. (I Corinthians 10:4-5) In the "natural" I am looking at circumstances that are very challenging right now. But I choose not to look at the way the "world" looks at these circumstances. Otherwise, I would be in hopelessness & despair! Doctors would give me a bleak report, but GOD says something different in HIS WORD!
This is the Word that I am standing on for today! My God is a Good God. He doesn't put more on me than I can handle. Peace that passes ALL understanding guards my heart and mind!
